How can I make a return?

We accept unworn product(s) sent back in the unopened and original packaging.
Returns are available from 30 days after the original delivery date.
Please note that we are not responsible for the cost of your returns.

Returns are typically processed within 24 hours of receiving the product. If you have any questions please contact us through our email or contact page. 

Exchanges

If you're wanting to exchange or return any product(s) please contact us via Exceedclothing.uk@gmail.com and our team will contact you within 24 hours

Our team will contact you once the return/exchange process has been completed and refunded your entire purchase. Please note due to what payment method you have used this can take up to 7-10 days to return back to your account.

What if my order arrived with a fault?
If you believe that your order arrived with a fault upon delivery. Please inform our team with the order number and date arrived, photo of the damaged product and full address that the order has been sent to. Are any purchases final sale?

We're able to accept cancellation on orders within the first 5 hours of your purchase. Once it Exceeds 5 hours your order will get sent to our warehouse where the orders picking process starts. f you have bought by accident, please go to our Returns & Exchanges Page and follow the steps.

When will I get my order?

Orders placed during business days will be processed and packaged, orders places on weekend days will be processed the following business day.

All orders take up to 48 hours to process & shipped out between 3-7 business days (UK / EU tracked orders)
